Socially distanced class in a well-ventilated space (or outdoors on the fields if the weather is fine) following government and British Wheel of Yoga guidelines.
Increase pelvic floor strength, improve your posture, find relief from back pain and relax!
Suitable from after your six week check until baby is on the move.
