Autumn news and classes

Hello!

It's been a busy summer, I'd like to say I stopped and recharged my batteries and am raring to go, but actually it feels like I'll just be keeping up the momentum.

Below is news of my events and classes.

Classes are also on ZOOM so you can take part in a live class from the comfort of your own home!

The postponed Reading Rocket conference will be held Friday 11th October, Oxford

I will be on the panel as one of the authors!

Come and see me at Sunnyside Art and Makers' Fair 's Family Fun Day, on Saturday 14 December from 11am-4pm

Yoga and storytelling in Schools

Are you a primary school teacher or parent? Did you know that I run yoga clubs and classes in schools?

I can do one-off events for World Book Week or Children's Mental Health Awareness week, or I can run clubs paid for by the school or by parents.

Parents can buy my yoga and relaxation books at a discounted price, or at a price that includes a donation to your PTA or school fundraising.

I have limited availability but am always looking to reach more children.

To find out about my one-off school visits, click on the link here. Or email me at boxmooryoga@yahoo.co.uk to discuss further.
