Autumn news and events
All my classes and school clubs have started back!
Here is what I have coming up over the coming months, and yes, it involves the festive Winter season.

Box Moor Trust Festival is this weekend!
I'll be there on Saturday 19th September only, selling my children's yoga and relaxation books, and chatting about my classes.
Come and find me in one of the big marquees on Blackbird's Moor, HP1 1NP.
Please come and say hello! Entrance is free.
This is a beautiful festival that I love attending every year.
The festival runs from 11.00-15.00 each day, and there will be loads of fabulous local small businesses and organisations to see, as well as fantastic activities for children.

Family Yoga is back!
Three Saturdays at The Three Blackbirds pub, Boxmoor.
10-11am, before the pub opens to the public.
Saturday 26th September
Saturday 31st October (bring your fancy dress)
Saturday 28th November (bring your festive outfits!)
Fun and informal using stories and games.
£12 per adult+child, £5 per additional child.

Christmas Artisan Market
I'll be there with my children's yoga and relaxation books, alongside a raft of talented makers and creatives.
This is a ticketed event, children go free and adults pay £2.50 Places are limited, so if you'd like access to over 70 stalls of local creative people, book below!

Charity Christmas Artisan evening marketing
Thursday 26th November 18.00-21.00
Another opportunity to meet local creatives, artisans and craftspeople.
Tickets are £10 include entry, one entry to the raffle, a mulled wine and mince pie. Under 16s go free.
All ticket proceeds go to The Ollie Foundation, a suicide prevention and wellbeing charity.

I wrote all of the above after a lifetime of studying English and reading books. I like using my brain and writing so I never ever use large language models at any stage of the process. So it may not be perfect or polished, but it's totally human.
