More Summer Events

Things move fast in Boxmoor Yogaland, and I've had two more events confirmed in the last day or so.

Here are All The Things that we have coming up over the next few months.

Herts Book Festival is this weekend!

I'll be at Southern Maltings, Ware, all day on the 17th May. I'll be selling books and offering free kids' yoga and storytelling.

Book your free tickets for this event here!

Books in the Woods - Friday 29th May 10.30, Ashridge Estate

I've been offering free kids' yoga at this lovely outdoor playgroup for nearly six years!

I'll be there during May half term, if you have school aged children they are more than welcome.

A pay-as-you-feel, all ages, community fundraising class for Our Heath Barn.

We will be on Blackbirds Moor opposite the Barn.

Yoga classes

I love special events, but my regular classes are what keeps me grounded and ticking over.

We start a new block the week commencing 1st June.

There really is a class for every body and I have been training and studying for years to make sure I can support you.

Pregnancy, Postnatal, Gentle (chair-based) and general classes.

Check out my classes here.

All of the above comes from my own head, and is my own authentic voice and not that of a bot.
