Autumn dates

Yoga teaches us to be in the moment, but running a small business means constantly looking ahead!

So does gardening; here is a butternut squash I am a bit excited about (it's sitting on some sheep wool).

As ever, I have stuff going on alongside my usual classes. Please read on to find out all about it!

Family Yoga with the Alpacas

Fuzzy's Farm nr Potten End, Saturday 29th August, 10-11am

We'll be outside in the alpacas' field practising yoga. They may totally ignore us, or they may join in! Either way, we can feed them afterwards so we can have a proper chat.

£15 per adult+child, £5 per additional child. Suitable for primary school aged children (and maybe a bit younger). You can book here!

Classes starting back at Warner's End Community Centre!

Gentle Yoga (for those who find getting onto a mat challenging!) will be back from Wednesday 2nd September

All other classes from Monday 8th September.

Pregnancy yoga - Tuesdays 7-8pm, suitable from 12 weeks until birth

Postnatal yoga - Wednesdays 11-12.00 followed by a cup of tea! Bring your baby

General Hatha Yoga - Mondays 9.15-10.30am, Tuesdays 8.15-9.30pm, Fridays 9.15-10.30am. Suitable for any level of mobility and fitness! Everything can be modified to suit you.

Box Moor Trust Autumn Festival

I'll be there from 11am-3pm on Saturday 19th September only, selling my books and promoting my classes.

There will be lots of other creative businesses and charities there, and it's always a lovely event with a fabulous atmosphere.

Family yoga at the Three Blackbirds, Boxmoor

Myself and my favourite co-teacher will be back at the Three Blackbirds Pub in Boxmoor, before it opens to the public.

My daughter Seren has been helping me in my kids' and family yoga classes for half her life, so knows exactly what I need from a co-teacher!

We have Saturday classes coming up from 10-11am on the 26th September, 31st October and 28th November! Fancy dress is optional but very much encouraged.

I absolutely love getting my books out into the world and into the hands of children who I know will love them. I hear from children, parents and teachers that they are loved and used time and time again.

You can get my books on the "big river" site, but if you buy directly from me, you get a discount, a book that's printed on better paper, can include a message and signature, even a good-bye kiss if you like, and I can get it to you very quickly if you're local (I've met parents outside school gates after drop-off, for example!)

It means the world when I sell a book. I don't sell many, but I've invested hours of work, years of knowledge and experience, and oodles of love into each one. If you'd like one, you can order from my shop or just drop me an email.
