Kids' and Family Yoga
I often get asked where my children's classes are, and normally have to say 'I only run them in schools.' But not any more!
I have three public classes coming up over the coming months...
Books in the Woods this Saturday 18th October at 10.30am, at Rectory Lane Cemetery - follow this link to book
Family Yoga in the Three Blackbirds Pub, Boxmoor, 10-11am on Saturday 1st November and Saturday 6th December.
Our 1st November class is on the Saturday at the end of half term, so maybe if one responsible adult has borne the brunt of child management that week, another one can take over for the morning!

Children in Read
The auction is open!
Every year, authors and illustrators donate books for the biggest signed book auction in the world!
My donation is sitting next to Nigella Lawson's!
Please visit their website to have a look through and maybe even bid on a few! There is one month to go until bidding ends.
