Happy New Year! It's been great to get back to my classes this week, and welcome back familiar faces and new ones!

I'm back in the Black Country on Saturday 17th February at 11am at Blue Sheep Books in Wednesbury for two Kids' Yoga sessions. £7.99 per person, each child gets one of my books and each adult gets three drinks. The coffee is LOVELY.

I'm visiting Script Haven in Worcester for the first time on Sunday 18th February at 13.00!
I'll be doing two Kids' Yoga sessions using my yoga adventure books, where you get to choose if you fly with a dragon, an eagle or a flying horse.
I haven't tried the coffee yet, but I will report back.

I've been running a Singing for Pleasure group for Everyone Active since September, and I'll be running a Chair Yoga class for Everyone Active and Age UK starting tomorrow!
